Welcome to Mystical Brows and Waxing! I’m Rhiannon Craig, the owner and founder of Mystical Brows and Waxing, located inside Bellami Medical Spa. With over 8 years of experience in the waxing industry, I specialize in enhancing natural beauty through customized brow and body waxing services. As a passionate brow artist and waxing specialist, I focus on creating personalized looks that reflect each individual’s unique features. Through expert brow mapping, shaping, and precision techniques—including waxing, tweezing, laminating, tinting, and threading— I craft flattering, natural looking brows tailored to your bone structure and style. In addition to brows, I offer a full range of waxing services designed to leave your skin smooth, refreshed, and glowing. This helps protect both parties and ensures your time is reserved exclusively for you. Please note that no charges will be made to your card unless the cancellation or no-show policy is violated. 📅 Outside of Hours Policy— I completely understand that sometimes schedules don’t align with regular business hours, and I’m happy to work with you when possible! If you need an appointment outside of my normal hours, I may be able to accommodate you for a $15 After Hours Fee. This fee helps cover the extra time and flexibility needed to make these special bookings happen. CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may want to book during that time. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. No-Show Policy To respect everyone’s time, a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled service will apply if you miss an appointment without prior notice. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. This helps ensure availability for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
