CANCELLATION POLICY

I completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and things come up. If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This helps me offer that time to another guest who may be waiting for an appointment. ⚠️Cancellation Policy Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service total. ⛔️No Show Policy No shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service, as that time was reserved just for you. ⏰Late Policy Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service and the best results. A 10 minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. After 10 minutes, a late fee may be applied, and your service may need to be modified to fit the remaining time. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may be subject to cancellation and a cancellation fee, as this affects the schedule for all clients. If you are running late, please communicate as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate when I can, but it is not guaranteed.
